Apprenticeships are a core component of the academy. Your apprentice trains with us in structured practical blocks under the Welsh apprenticeship framework and returns salon-ready at the fastest pace the framework allows — not the two years colleges take. Training is fully funded for eligible apprentices; you pay the wage, never the course.
